Scope Statement.
LibertyNetGuide is a platform that exists to serve and connect local  communities of liberty minded citizens. Only the liberty minded are permitted to participate, and those who participate do so with the understanding that all editorial and moderation functions will be according to well-grounded  principles of liberty.

These principles include the belief that law and ethics, including the legal and ethical basis of liberty, has a transcendent source of natural law and that this transcendent source is disposed to human liberty. Any commitment to liberty must include a belief in the sanctity of human life that implies the existence of human rights as a fundamental right. Any commitment to liberty must include a belief in the liberty of conscience as a fundamental right.

LibertyNetGuide regards positivist views of law, which regard rights as merely constructs of the state, as incompatible with liberty and outside of the Scope of what LibertyNetGuide considers a liberty-minded citizens.

LibertyNetGuide regards evolutionary views of law, which regard rights as a product of evolution and subject to change or alienation  through social or cultural evolution, as incompatible with liberty and outside of the Scope of what LibertyNetGuide considers a liberty-minded citizens.

The definition of liberty that LibertyNetGuide uses recognizes recognizes only two fundamental human identities: The common identity of each and every human being as the imago dei (image of God) and the common identity of all genuine Christians in Christ. LibertyNetGuide is a sister site to ChristianNetGuide and recognizes the identity in Christ shared by all true Christians as fundamental. As such, LibertyNetGuide will have a bias in favor of the Christianity as described in ChristianNetGuide. This site, however, is open to people of all faiths, including atheists and agnostics and allows them to regard their status toward the object of worship as a fundamental identity provided that their religious belief can recognize that the common humanity shared by all humans is the  only  fundamental human identity that serves as the basis of human rights:  The belief in any other identity other than these as fundamental puts one outside of the scope of what LibertyNetGuide recognizes as liberty. An exception is made for users who regard the object of worship in their religion as

This would include belief in any theory that posits that racial identity is more important than the identity in the common humanity  of each and every human being.

This would include belief in any theory that posits that sexual identity is more important than the identity in the common humanity  of each and every human being.

This would include belief in any theory that posits that national or political identity is more important than the identity in the common humanity  of each and every human being.

This would include belief in any theory that posits that racial identity is more important than the identity in the common humanity  of each and every human being.

This would include belief in any theory that posits that socio-economic identity is more important than the identity in the common humanity  of each and every human being.

This would include belief in any use of critical theory as a world view or framework for giving meaning to identities as all such approaches to identity necessarily posit the existence of other identity(ies)  is/are  more important that the identity in the imago dei and the identity in Christ shared by all true Christians.

LibertyNetGuide regards any use of critical theory or its subsets as a world view or framework for giving meaning to identities as all such approaches to identity necessarily posit the existence of other identity(ies) is/are more important that the identity with the common humanity  shared by all humans.

Essential to Liberty is the idea that there is a higher law that is transcendent of human institutions. Any view that promote “theocracy” by an means other than soliciting the personal and direct action of Christ on the world stage is outside the scope of what LibertyNetGuide recognizes as consistent with liberty. This also means that promotion of anything resembling the New World Order, one world government, or global governance is outside the scope of what LibertyNetGuide recognizes as a consistent with liberty.
